Transform Your Life: Discovering Balance Between Material and Spiritual Worlds

Do you feel that you are stuck in life and are looking for ways to make a change? Do you want to find balance and feel centered in your life? Then this article is for you. In this article, we will discuss five powerful ways to transform your life and discover the balance between the material and spiritual worlds.

Understanding Your Place in the Universe

First of all for transforming your life is to understand your place in the universe. As humans, we are not just a physical body, but we are made up of thoughts, feelings, senses, elements, experiences, and pure consciousness. Researchers suggest that pure consciousness is identical to absolute reality, which is the source of the whole universe.

Using the analogy of a clay pot, we can understand that the pot is made of clay, but the pot is not the clay, and the clay is not the pot. Instead, the pot is a manifestation of clay. Similarly, we all have opposing forces within us, such as conflicting feelings, sensations, or thoughts. However, these opposing forces should not be denied or analyzed in-depth. Instead, they should be acknowledged as existing because that is the nature of life and who we are.

Realizing that We are Intrinsically Connected to the Universe

According to research, we are more powerful than we realize. Although we might think of ourselves as separate from the universe, the truth is that we are intrinsically connected to it. It's like the space inside and outside of a clay pot - they're the same space, but they have different abilities, quantities, and identities.

When we limit ourselves by seeing ourselves as the space inside the pot, we prevent ourselves from accessing the vast, omnipresent universe. However, the moment we break free from that confinement, we become part of the universe. It's a heady thought that we have the potential to be omnipotent, but we can't claim it as our own. As soon as we try to possess it, we lose it.

Acknowledging That Some Things Will Remain Unknown

Life is like two riverbanks, with the material on one side and the spiritual on the other. You are the river, and the hidden deep below the  water surface is the reality of the two banks uniting as one. The water is like the mystery that creates the illusion of two. If you remove the water, there are not two, but just one. Just because you cannot see something does not mean it does not exist.

Many things in the world are sometimes hidden and at other times, revealed. You may not be able to see spirit, yet expressions of it constantly flicker in and out of your life in the form of love, inspiration, a light that switches on in someone's eyes, or a child's innocence and joy. We constantly experience the interplay of opposites in nature—for example, hot and cold, light and dark, positive and negative, male and female, acid and alkaline.

Accepting the Dual Nature of Life

To find balance and harmony in life, it's essential to recognize and appreciate the dual nature of life, which are the material and spiritual aspects that make up our existence. By acknowledging this duality, we can cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing and harmony.

Using Breath to Relax and Calm the Mind and Body

Lastly, the key to finding balance and centeredness is by using your breath to help you relax and calm your mind and body. Many studies have shown that deep breathing can help reduce anxiety and stress, improve focus and concentration, and give a sense of calm and relaxation. By using your breath, you can tap into the vast universe and find the balance that you seek.
